Dr. Abby Kelly Timmons is an editor at One Earth, Cell Press’s flagship environmental science and sustainability journal. In this talk, she will share about her career trajectory from Ph.D. to Scientific Editor, and then explain what happens from the editorial perspective after you hit “submit.”
Based on her experience working with authors at a high-impact journal, she will also share tips and tricks for writing high-impact papers and strategies for smoothing the editorial process. Questions will be welcomed!
