PBS Caregiving Documentary Preview

April 18 @ 1:15 am - 2:30 am

As a Community Engagement Partner, the Center for Social Innovation at Stanford is hosting a Preview of the upcoming documentary “Caregiving” executive produced by Bradley Cooper’s Lea Pictures and WETA Washington D.C. on April 17th at Stanford GSB, McClelland Building (room M105) from 6:15 – 7:30 pm.
The full 2-hour film, airing on 330+ PBS stations nationwide in June 2025, examines caregiving from multiple perspectives: the creation and evolution of the care system in the U.S.; the social dynamics that shape our approach to caregiving today; the lives of caregivers and their relationships with those in their care; and future possibilities to transform our country’s caregiving system into one that works for all of us.
Following the 30- minute preview, there will be panel discussion with Stanford graduate students and faculty about some of the solutions they propose that can address the care crisis.
Refreshments will be served. Free parking is available in the Knight Management Center Garage after 4:00 PM.
Please register for the event here.
