Stanford Conscious Living presents the “Path to Inner Strength Series” an 8-session spring quarter journey designed to unlock transformative insights for contemporary life. This series delivers practical tools rooted in the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, addressing universal struggles with clarity and depth. From conquering fear and overcoming inner turmoil to leading with purpose and embracing life’s inevitable shifts, each session offers actionable steps toward resilience, peace, and inner fulfillment.
Each session will include
Discussions followed by practical spiritual practices, such as mantra meditation.
interactive, practical exercises and worksheets.
The weekly event starts with a delicious dinner at 7pm followed by discussion for an hour from 7:45pm to 8:45pm.
