MEMS Sensor Software Solutions for Biological and Human Movement Sensing

Abstract:
MEMS sensors are now crucial for personalized healthcare applications. In this talk, we will explore the evolution of MEMS sensor software solutions for human and biological sensing. We will discuss advanced sensor fusion, dead reckoning, calibration, and localization techniques. New advancements such as vertical analog frontend and intelligent MEMS sensors will be introduced. Case studies include gait tracking using motion sensors and nervous system electrical activity sensing using vertical analog frontend.
